Your April riders of the month, David Hivey and Lisa Shuttlewood!
Riders of the month for April are Lisa Shuttlewood and David Hivey.
Now as you know I normally like to have some fun trawling through peoples Facebook pics and finding some embarrassing snaps to put on here. Failed miserably with these two. Both way too cool for school.
Lisa is a fab member of the ladies team and always offering training tips and advice to our female riders. She is currently training to ride from Lands End to John O Groats later this month for charity over the course of only 9 days! I’m sure she will keep us updated on her progress and some of our members are planning to meet up to give her some encouragement.
David is a relatively new member but is now setting the world alight in his C races and will soon be receiving a Wattbike jersey due to his points tally in our Wattbike cup. He’s come a long way in the last few months and I’m not even sure he knew what a bike was before that. He’s also massively supportive and always looking for ways to help team mates and the team as a whole.
