Your June riders of the month, the Scottys!
June riders of the month are husband and wife team, The Scott’s.
Christopher Scott joined us after a horrific accident to use the Atom as a recuparation tool to get his fitness back and when that happens, I’m sure he’ll make a wonderful rider.
I jest of course, Chris is an absolute A cat powerhouse on the verge of becoming an A+. He will probably be the first rider to be considered a bio-mechanical doper due to the metal content of his body.
Anyhoo, he then got his better half, Liz Scott involved ‘and when they got together it was moyda’. Liz is a fantastic supporter of the club and contributes regularly across all of our events. Where Chris has the brawn, Liz has the brain.
Both of them are regular ride leaders of our very own ART Attack event and I’m sure anyone who has rode with them can testify as to how well they cope each week with the variation of the courses and the riders attending who are not part of the club.
I sincerely thank you for all your work and contributions so far and hope it shall continue ever thus.
