Played rugby for over 15 years across both England and Wales. Unfortunately injuries caught up with me and it’s fairly unlikely I’ll grace the field again.

In 2017 I sadly lost my first born, Dexter, shortly after birth. This year I’m due to be running the London Marathon whilst wearing an elevation mask to raise money and awareness for Tommy’s Charity. Due to injury I’ve been unable to do any on-feet training, hence the Wattbike purchase. I got an Icon (now Nucleus) as I had no idea about ZWIFT or ART at the time and just wanted the best piece of it to help me get fit again.

I then stumbled across ZWIFT, and subsequently ART. This scratched a massive competitive itch for me and I’ve not looked back since. I’m not particularly a good cyclist, and I have no intention of getting on the road (I mean I cracked my head open on an indoor-bike, think what I’d do outdoors!). Jason, Ste and Jonathan have really made me feel part of the team and am loving every minute of the racing…except Innsbruck…F*%k Innsbruck.
